The Flat Rack Container is a specialized shipping solution engineered for “Out-of-Gauge” (OOG) cargo—items that are too wide, too tall, or too heavy to fit into a standard enclosed container. Consisting of a high-strength, reinforced steel floor and two sturdy end walls (with no side walls or fixed roof), the Flat Rack allows for easy loading from the top or the sides using cranes or heavy-duty forklifts.
These units are the industry standard for transporting industrial machinery, oversized vehicles, steel pipes, and construction equipment. When not in use, many of our flat racks feature collapsible ends, allowing them to be stacked together to save space during return transport or storage.
